I would like to narrate the miracle Jesus worked in my life when I was doing my final year of graduation in science. All my life I had always given the first place to my studies . It was in December when everybody was busy with their books preparing for their exams, that I fell sick with typhoid fever. I kept crying everyday because I would not be able to sit for my exam that year. Day by day my condition became worse.
 
I made a difficult decision -not to answer the exams. I prayed to Jesus saying, "Your will be done in my life," and surrendered my sickness at his feet. Slowly I started becoming all right and the fever left me. In February I started going to college making up for all that I had missed.
 
At this time I realised what Jesus wanted me to do. Every time I sat at my desk I could not study. Then suddenly it came home to me that I should read the Bible first and then begin to study. I began doing so. Jesus was teaching me.
  "Seek first the kingdom of God and his justice and all the rest will be given to you" (Mt 6:33).  
Jesus answered all my exam papers and practicals for me. In June '97 I attended the Youth Evangelisation retreat at Divine. Soon after my results were out. Jesus gave me not only a pass but also a 1st class! Praise you Lord! Thank you Jesus!
