From 1972 onwards I used to get blisters and sores on my ankle and palm. The doctors said it was eczema. In 1975 homeo medicines gave me some relief. But in 1982 the malady became worse. A trial with ayurvedic treatment again brought about a temporary cure. But in 1992 both my hands and feet were badly infected. I switched back to homeo treatment. By 1995 I was so bad that I had to sit in the department staff room with legs stretched out. It was in May 1996 that I went to Divine Retreat Centre. On the very first day Fr Panackal announced the healing of thirteen cases of allergy-the last name was mine. I looked at my foot. There was no visible change. But the next day onwards the swelling began to subside. By Friday all the infection had gone and the sores dried up. I had in the meanwhile stopped all medication. The very next day, after the close of the retreat I contacted the doctor. He declared me healed. A few days more of discomfort recurred later but I was fully healed without any medicine. "It is impossible for medicine to provide a remedy for this kind of disease. We cannot but acknowledge this healing obtained without medical aid "-this was the certificate the doctor gave me in writing. Thank you Jesus! Praise you Jesus!
