For three years the lump was there inside the disc on Thomas' back bone. He could not bend or raise his arm. He could not sit down even for a few moments. He needed others' help for every need. The body swelled up. When medicines failed to be of use, he had to wear a belt and be confined to bed. There was no hope of a cure. Surgery was evitable, said the doctors. Thomas decided to attend the retreat for sick people at Divine. During the service conducted by Fr Naikomparambil, Jesus gave him perfect healing. He can now sit down and raise his arms. There is no pain in the spine and all the swelling has subsided. He does not have to wear a belt any more. Praise you Jesus, Thank you Jesus!

For two years Celestina suffered extreme pain in the back. The bones were wasting away. The lump on the throat, paralysis of one arm and poor sight in the left eye added to her discomfort. Doctors prescribed traction. Celestina decided, instead, to attend the retreat for the sick at Divine.
