Jesus is for all

Jesus Is for All! "...I will rebuild the dwelling of David, which has fallen; from its ruins I will rebuild it, and I will set it up, so that all other peoples may seek the Lord - ever all the gentiles over whom my name has been called"(Acts 15:16-17)

I am so happy to write this letter with a heart filled with thanksgiving. I would like to praise and thank Lord Jesus Christ who looked upon us and worked a powerful miracle in my daughter's life.

My daughter, now aged 9 years had bronchial asthma since her childhood. First we consulted a child specialist who recommended some syrups at the time she got attacks. That gave only temporary relief; the attack would come very frequently (15 days or so), specially during seasonal changes and full moon days. She was allergic to dust, smoke, dirty smells, oil and ghee.

When she was five years old she was treated with homeopathy medicine, which gave very slow results and the asthma attack would remain for two days, due to which my daughter suffered a lot, missing her studies in school. There was no relief for three years. I was desperate and lost confidence in God.

Then one day my Christian friend in office told me about Jesus Christ, who is the Saviour and could heal my child, Mehernaz too if I prayed to him. Since she was going to Divine Retreat Centre, I gave her my petition in full faith. I am a Parsi by caste but believed in all religions. I wrote about Mehernaz' sickness and asked Lord Jesus to heal her and bless her. My friend told me after coming back from DRC that the prayer petitions were prayed over by many thousands of people including priests. I was relieved to hear this and believed that God had healed my daughter. I purchased a night lamp for Lord Jesus and prayed to him daily before going to sleep. I would also keep my hand on my daughter's forehead and pray as my friend had taught me.

"Lord Jesus, bless my daughter, right from the crown of her head to the very sole of her feet with good health, knowledge and wisdom."

When I finished my prayer, my daughter told me that she felt as if a heavy load were lifted from her body. She felt very light-hearted and happy.

Since that day till now she is completely cured and has had no attacks in these two years' time. I continue my prayer daily.

As promised, I hereby give my testimony so that many non-Christians may read and believe that Jesus is the Lord of all communities and not only of Christians. Praise the Lord! Thank you Jesus!
