About 2 months ago, I had
written to Fr Augustine Vallooran, requesting prayers for an early open
heart surgery I had to undergo as also for a quick and complete recovery
so that I could make a trip to India to attend the retreat at Potta, as
desired. At the time of writing to Fr Augustine, I had been informed that
it would take about 9 months for the operation as there was a long waiting
list, and I had to await my turn. However, to my surprise, within two weeks
of writing I was informed by the hospital that my turn for the operation
had arrived. I was operated on March 25 and discharged on March 30 after
a successful operation . My progress has been remarkable.
With a heart full of gratitude
I must thank the Almighty God for his great blessings and our Blessed Mother
Mary for taking care of me through this trying time.
Praise you Jesus and the
Holy Spirit for all the blessings bestowed upon us!

My name is Mathew Paul Mahesh.
For the past 15 years I was suffering from a severe headache. For 3 to
4 days a week I used to suffer a lot. Due to this I was not able to take
any food and I also had a problem of vomiting. There was also immense pain
in my eyes, ears and forehead. Last December a small Chalakudy group conducted
a retreat in our area. During the prayer, as the brother kept his hands
over me and prayed for me I felt something like a shock all over my body.
From that day on till now I have had no headache. I praise our Lord Jesus
Christ for showering his blessings over me and healing me. Praise you Jesus,
thank you Jesus.
