It was in August 1995 that
I went to Divine Centre, Muringoor for a week's retreat. After attending
the retreat, I came to know about the only true God and his love. I also
witnessed surprising events during the retreat.
Though a Christian, I had
not accepted Jesus Christ as my God, because, I never knew much about him.
After the retreat, I bought a Bible and have been reading it every day
for so many months. I have also started participating in retreats conducted
in Mumbai city and Thabore Ashram. Since then, I came very close to God
and accepted Jesus Christ as my only living God and Saviour.
Jesus Christ has started
speaking to me through the Bible. One day the Heavenly Father and Jesus
Christ came in my dreams. I could not see the Heavenly Father's face. I
was very happy and considered that it was a very important event in my
spiritual life. Again, I saw another dream, in which Jesus Christ started
walking towards me from a statue, installed near the Holy Cross Church,
Kurla. I first ran away from him, But slowly I went near him. He gave me
a smile, kept his hands on my head and blessed me. After these dreams,
I came very close to Jesus Christ and have experienced relief from all
my difficulties and sufferings.
Recently, we participated
in a week's retreat in Muringoor Divine Centre. I made a good retreat this
time too, a good confession after 24 years and also had a good counselling
session. During the retreat, Fr George Panackal announced that nine persons'
marriages were going to take place shortly, and read the names of a few.
I was among them.
Jesus has helped us a lot
through the second retreat with his blessings. I have got a good husband.Thank
you Jesus! Praise you Jesus!
