"Your Faith Has Saved you"   "...power came out from him and healed all of them"(Lk 6:9)    
 
I was suffering from heavy menstrual bleeding for quite some time. I consulted a gynaecologist, and I was advised surgery because there was a fibroid, a lump and swelling around the uterus.
 
My sister suggested that I first attend a Retreat at Divine Retreat Centre, Muringoor, before undergoing surgery. I attended a week-long retreat at DRCM along with my sister, and her family in November 1996.
 
After I returned home, I had a sonography taken and there was no change from the earlier diagnosis. I was advised surgery and this increased my fear and tension. I had great faith in Jesus and Mother Mary. I continued praying, and so did my family members and friends. I surrendered myself to Jesus. Jesus gave me all the courage I needed and I underwent surgery in December 1996. There was no lump as such, but only a cyst and a fibroid, and the uterus had become its normal size. The histopathology report was benign.Jesus my Saviour healed me. Thank You Jesus. Praise Your Holy Name.
