I am Sr Sherin from Holy
Cross Convent, Sonada, Darjeeling. As a 7-year-old girl I suffered a severe
attack of meningitis and was miraculously saved by the Lord. From then
on I suffered from headaches. As years went by my headaches became more
severe and more frequent. Though I consulted different doctors and took
different types of medicines I was not helped. Instead, my sufferings increased.
For the last 6 years I suffered also from a severe pain in my lower back.
It became so acute that I could not sit down properly and after sitting
down could not get up easily. Doctors told me that it was due to the weakness
of nerves and that since it had been a very old sickness it could not be
healed.
In 1998 January I attended
a retreat at the Divine retreat Centre, Muringoor. On the third day of
the retreat during the Holy Hour the Lord touched me miraculously and he
healed me. Since then, I no more suffer from headaches or pain in my back.
Praise the Lord!
